Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples, an American actor and singer from the United States. She is most famous for the role of Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) in addition to Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). She was the lead character Jerrica Jem Benton in the movie of 2015 Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples, the child of Wendy Peeples and Ashley Peeples, grew up in Lake Mary Florida. She has a younger sister Ally. While growing up Aubrey performed with The Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. She graduated Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she delivered the valedictory of the 2012 class. Harvard University accepted her but agreed on entry twice in order to take on her part in Nashville. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as an recurring role on Necessary Roughness (1991). She appeared in the television movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. In season two, she was portrayed by Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples revealed her bipolar disorder during an interview she conducted to NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples in September 2014 as one of America's best young actors.
